Please read our Rental Policy Overview
To ensure our facilities primarily support the educational mission of the ISP (International School Program), the following guidelines apply to all room and space rentals.
Our priority is to maintain a focused learning environment. Therefore, facility use is governed by the following schedule:
During Normal Class Hours: Facilities are strictly reserved for ISP-related personnel and activities. No outside rentals or non-ISP events are permitted during this time.
Before Classes Begin: Rental availability is very limited. Requests for early morning use are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must not interfere with student arrival or faculty preparation.
After-Hours Cutoff: All facility use must conclude, and the premises must be vacated, by 7:00 PM. No exceptions will be made for late-night events.
Purpose of Use: Preference is always given to events that align with the school’s values and educational goals.
Supervision: Non-ISP groups must provide a designated point of contact who will remain on-site for the duration of the rental.
Cleanup: Renters are responsible for leaving the facility in the condition it was found. Any cleaning fees incurred by the school will be billed to the renter.
Noise Levels: Renters must maintain respectful volume levels, especially during the transition periods before or after school hours.
All rental requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance. Approval is subject to the discretion of the Facilities Coordinator based on staff availability and the school calendar.
Note: The ISP administration reserves the right to cancel any rental agreement if the space is needed for an urgent school-related function.
