Dear Parents,
The Elementary School After-School Activities (ASA) selection window for season 3 will open on Monday, March 2nd at 9:00 p.m. and will close on Friday, March 6th at 3:00 p.m.. You will not be able to access the system before the scheduled opening. You will then have 5 days to make your child’s activity selections. During this time you can update or change your choices. Once the system closes on Friday, March 6th at 3:00 p.m., a lottery will be run to randomly allocate spaces for any activities that receive more interest than available spots.
Confirmation of assigned activities will be available on Thursday, March 12th via Veracross (Parent Portal). To view your child’s schedule, please navigate to the “Daily Schedule” tab.
Important:
Please be sure to carefully read the activity descriptions on the weekly schedule below available soon.
Please be sure to view the new "Policy for activities with associated fees"
We have also created a comprehensive “After School Activity Information Booklet” for parents to answer your questions about our ASA program.
Please review the ES ASA information presentation ahead of time on how to navigate the sign up process.

This year, we are expanding our offerings to include a greater variety of fee-based activities with outside service providers. These partnerships will give students even more chances to take part in exciting activities both on and beyond the ISP campus.
Thank you for your continued support!
