Elementary school

Thank you for your continued support in our ASA program! 

For this school year:

1. The Elementary School After-School Activities (ASA) for season 1 are now posted using this link or view them below.  

2. ASA selection window for season 1 begins Monday, August 17th at 12:00 p.m. on the Scholastico website. You will receive an email with the link to the scholastico website for you child or children on Monday around 11:30 am. 

3. You will have 5 days to make your child’s activity selections, and you may also update or change your choices at any time during this period. Once the system closes on Friday, August 21st at 12:00 p.m., a lottery will be run to randomly allocate spaces for any activities that receive more interest than available spots.

Please speak with your child about the activities before selecting any. It's incredibly important they have a say in what they want to do after school!

5. Confirmation of assigned activities will be available on Thursday, Aug 27th via Veracross (Parent Portal). To view your child’s schedule, please navigate to the “Daily Schedule” tab.

• We have also created a comprehensive “After School Activity Information Booklet” for parents to answer your questions about our ASA program.

• Please review the ES ASA information presentation ahead of time on how to navigate the sign up process.

This year, we are expanding our offerings to include a greater variety of fee-based activities with outside service providers. These partnerships will give students even more chances to take part in exciting activities.
