Elementary school

Thank you for your continued suport in our ASA program! 

For the next school year:

1. The Elementary School After-School Activities (ASA) for season 1 will be posted August 15th or earlier. 

2. ASA selection window for season 1 will open on Monday, August 17th at 12:00 p.m. on the Scholastico website. You will not be able to access the system before the scheduled opening. You will have 5 days to make your child’s activity selections, and you may also update or change your choices at any time during this period. Once the system closes on Friday, August 21st at 12:00 p.m., a lottery will be run to randomly allocate spaces for any activities that receive more interest than available spots.

3. Confirmation of assigned activities will be available on Thursday, Aug 27th via Veracross (Parent Portal). To view your child’s schedule, please navigate to the “Daily Schedule” tab.

This year, we are expanding our offerings to include a greater variety of fee-based activities with outside service providers. These partnerships will give students even more chances to take part in exciting activities.
