Overview:

• Watch the video here for Google Meet best practices and use.

• The chairs of your committee will email you the link to the opening ceremony.

• Log on to the Google Meet for opening ceremony.

• Please leave your microphone on mute.

• Inappropriate messaging on chat feature will result in removal.

• Ambassadors, please have your opening speech ready for the opening ceremony.

• After opening ceremony, join the Google Meet break out room for your committee.

• Please ensure you go directly to your committee. Timing is essential.

• You must use your country name in communication in chat feature and oral communication.
