Creative Writing Competition

Students need to submit a creative writing essay on a topic of their choosing before or on Monday, May 5, 2025.

Submissions will be judged against a variety of categories and criteria which can be viewed below.  

Any middle school student can enter.

Winning entries will be read at the discretion of the writers by either themselves or others on Friday, May 23, 2025, during the festival celebration performance.

Registration is now closed

Upon successful registration students will be sent a link where they can upload their completed work before or on May 9, 2025. Work submitted after May 9, 2025 will not be taken into consideration for awards.
