Well-being matters to everyone and lots of things matter to our well-being: relationships with others, work stress, things we see online. This page contains more information about how we manage our well-being in the Pathfinder Programme.
There are also lots of people you can speak to about well-being: the Learning Guide team, school counsellors and each other. The following people might be particularly helpful:
We hope that the close bonds formed with the Pathfinder gorup and opportunity to explore the things you care about supports your well-being. But it is also important to have connections outside of the programme and extra-curricular groups are a great way to do this. We strongly recommend that all Pathfinder students take part in at least one extra-curricular group at all times.
