What does Core mean?
What does Core mean?
Core in the ISH Diplomas Program refers to learning experiences that allow you to make connections between the courses you are taking, or extend your skills and interests beyond or alongside those courses. They include the following elements: some for IB students, some for HS students and some for both.

The Extended Essay and TOK are marked on a scale from A-E. Based on the marks on these two Core elements, IB Diploma students can earn up to three points. Here is how those points are allocated:
