Dear ISH Middle School Parents and Students,
Welcome to the 2025-2026 Academic Year at ISH! We look forward to a new academic year of learning and growth with your middle schooler. At ISH, we acknowledge that the middle years are some of the most challenging years in a young person's life. With this in mind, we provide a safe and nurturing environment where learners thrive. We strive to maintain a community of highly effective teachers, deeply motivated students and fully engaged parents. Our goal is to wrap around our students with inspirational teaching and opportunities to develop as human beings. We hope that through their experience in the middle years programme, students will build a sense of purpose, direction and hope for a future that they can take part in shaping.
This is our ISH Family Guide. Reading the family guide is essential to understanding and knowing the different procedures and policies at ISH. Here you will find several documents to look through and refer to.
To keep you regularly informed, we send out an ISH family newsletter every Friday which provides key updates as well as shares activities driven by parents, teachers and students to highlight our vibrant and engaged learning community.
See you soon!
Monica Coburn
Middle School Principal
All students should arrive by 9:00 AM. Class advisors will usher students to their advisory classrooms, where they will introduce the day. Students should bring their computers and a lock for their lockers. This is necessary for setting up school email, Toddle (our school management system), and receiving a locker. Further details of the day will be shared with students at the beginning of August.
This is an official school day and attendance will be registered. More information will be shared at the beginning of August.
Parents are warmly invited to attend our parent information meeting on 28th August from 16:00-18:30.

You will be able to see your child's class (A or B) on Toddle starting Thursday, August 7th, when we open the 2025-2026 school year. You will receive your child's class list via email through Toddle on Friday, August 8th.

The Hellerup Campus is nut-free (details on the Wellbeing page).
The school lunch service for Middle School students will begin on Tuesday, 12th August, which is the first full day of school.
