The ASCP offers an after-school program where children from Pre-K through PYP 4 can enroll for care and creative enrichment. It provides a dedicated space for children to engage in learning, play, support, and exploration in a collaborative environment. Our activities focus on creativity, self-expression, and include imaginative play, visual art, crafts, drama, literature, sports, and music. For detailed information about the ASCP, please visit our website: https://ib.ish.dk/beyond-the-classroom/after-school-care-programme. Depending on your gross household income and the number of children in your family, you may have the opportunity to seek school fee subsidies for your children in Kindergarten, PYP 1–5, and MYP 1–4. You are eligible to apply for the school fee subsidy for the 2025-26 school year. Below, you can check if you qualify based on your household's gross income. For new families joining our school community, we extend our warmest gratitude for choosing ISH! We are thrilled to have you on board and cannot wait to welcome you in person. To ensure a smooth transition to ISH, we have prepared a checklist for new families. This checklist will serve as a tool to guide you through the necessary steps in preparation for your start at our school.
If you have any inquiries or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our admissions office. You can reach us via email at admissions@ish.dk or by calling +45 35 55 50 48. We are here to support you and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Please be aware that the admissions office is closed from June 27th until August 4th. We will respond to any inquiries as soon as possible when we reopen in August.
We welcome all new families with children in Kindergarten through MYP 4 to join our orientation session on Friday, August 8th. This event provides an excellent opportunity to meet the school's leadership team, explore our campus through guided tours, meet your child's homeroom teacher (Primary School) or advisor (Middle School), and address any practical questions you might have. You'll also have the chance to meet representatives from the parent-teacher-association (PTA) and view samples of all the items available in our online school store.
The orientation session will start at 9:00 in the Hellerup Campus playground, and both students and parents are welcome to attend. Please plan to spend approximately one hour with us.
Please note: the orientation session is only for families with children in Kindergarten to MYP 4
To qualify for subsidised school fees, your child's CPR/CDR number must be registered with the municipality where you reside by September 1st. Please provide the number and registered address (as stated on the yellow Health Insurance Card, "Sundhedskort") to our Admission Officer, Celina Mina, at admissions@ish.dk by September 1st. Failure to provide the CPR/CDR number will result in non-subsidised fees being charged, as the school cannot receive a state subsidy for your child.
New families must complete and submit the following digital school agreements for each child in OpenApply before the first day of school. You can find the agreements on your family checklist in OpenApply. Once submitted, the agreements will remain valid throughout your child's entire time at ISH, however, families will have the option to modify their consent upon request. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact our admissions office at admissions@ish.dk.
The agreements that need to be completed are as follows:
School-Home Partnership Agreement
Field Trip Permission Form (Primary and Middle School only)
Photo and Video Consent Form
We appreciate your prompt completion of these agreements, as they are important for ensuring a smooth start to the academic year.
Please be aware that the August 2025 invoice will be sent via email at the end of June.
Note: Families with offers before March 2025 - this is earlier than the previously communicated mid-July date, however the payment deadline remains the same.
