By now everyone is aware of the benefits of Yoga, and how it works wonder with mind and body.
So, to ensure healthier future for our kids, we can incorporate yoga lessons in our daily activities or provide lessons as an extracurricular activity.
In early years classes, the kids will embrace and take on exciting yoga adventures through stories, songs and dance. We will learn in a fun way. We will try to combine yoga lessons in themes for each month like jungle exploration, cosmic space, spooky Halloween etc…
We will use our body to do magic and come up with our own story. It will bring flexibility, strength, focus & concentration, mind-body coordination & self-confidence. Along the way we practice yoga movement & relaxation techniques. We will also work with practising mindfulness involving breathing methods, guided imagery and other practices including 5 senses to relax the body and mind.
Through this the children will build compassion and empathy for themselves and others.
