In this class you will learn the basics of martial arts techniques, from boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu jitsu.
We will not only train the body but also train the mind, like awearness and keeping calm in stressfull situations so we can think logical under pressure. You will also get a full body workout, some sweat and a lot of laughter.

Roger Huerta is a Mixed Martial arts coach since 2012 in one of Copenhagens biggest martial arts clubs. Coaching beginners, to elite athletes, from all ages in Brazilian Jiujitsu, wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts and strength & conditioning. With a back ground of clinical nurse and profesional MMA fighter, I emphasize in a holistic way of training where both body and mind is developed in a fun way.
I will also work with introducing meditation and breath-work, so we learn how to activate and also how to relax the mind and body.
