Dance and Drama Kids (Monkey KBH)

Theatre and dance workshop with 2 performances (December’21 and May’22)

We help to learn and explore body, movement, voice and relationships capacities through

creative dance and theater exercises in a fun atmosphere.

This year we will focus on rewriting, reinterpreting and reinventing common fairy tales and children’s stories that we will pick during the fist lessons with the children.

We will bring on stage new versions of very old, but still engaging stories.

A word about final performances

The shows are the highlight of our work together and the participant’s role is reflective of the engagement during the workshop: we avoid the process of auditioning for specific roles, to reduce friction and competition within the group.

The purpose of these workshops is to fuel full participation at all times, but also to create shows worth seeing, they are not just there to involve parents. :)

Our professional knowledge is at all times there to guide and grow the pupils’ creativity.
