Transcript Requests

Current Mankato West Seniors: If you need to send an official transcript for college admissions purposes through the Xello program, please follow the directions linked HERE or watch a short video tutorial with instructions. 

Please allow at least 3 school/business days for your transcript to be processed. Transcript requests will be listed in Xello as "Pending" until they have been sent. Students will be able to see the date in which their transcript was sent. Please check on the progress of your transcript and let your your counselor know if your request is still listed as "Pending" if it has been over one week since you requested it to be sent. 

Former Mankato West Students (alumni): If you are former Mankato West student needing to request a transcript, please use this link to request your transcript through Parchment.
