Fundamental rhythm patterns

White Bear Lake high school students are expected to count out loud and play the 156 rhythm patterns below during their four years of participation. These patterns come from the Fussell Exercises for Ensemble Drill. (Section 9 below) The counting sequence we will use is demonstrated below the Fussell Rhythms.
