When do I complete the MTSS student concern form?

If you have a student with a concern that hasn’t reached the level of a referral for Infinite Campus, this is a way to communicate concerns (academic, behavioral, etc.) to MTSS staff.
- Note: MTSS staff regularly reviews Infinite Campus referral data, so if you enter incidents into Infinite Campus we will already be looking at that.
After you complete this MTSS student concern form, MTSS staff will follow up with you to begin the MTSS problem-solving process.
