Reports
Your report is when you combine all your work from Criteria A, B, and C into 1 PDF document.
Structure of the Report:
Your report is in 3 sections:
Criterion A: Planning
Criterion B: Applying Skills
Criterion C: Reflection
In Section 1: Planning
Learning Goal and personal relevance to the learning goal
Product Goal and personal relevance to the product goal
Research
Product Success Criteria (include your Success Criteria table)
Action Plan (include screenshots of your action plan)
In Section 2: Applying Skills
Focus on 1-2 skills you used to achieve your learning goal
Provide detailed evidence
Focus on 1-2 skills you used to achieve your product goal
Provide detailed evidence
In Section 3: Reflection
The impact of the project on your learning
Evaluate the product based on the success criteria.
Include the Success Criteria table from Criterion C
Format of the Report:
11-point Arial font size
Numbered pages
Images need to be labelled (e.g. Image 1, Image 2)
use the drawing tool on Google Docs to add the labels so that you can move them around easily.
Have a clear title at the top of the report
MYP Personal Project: (name of your project)
Have clear headings and subheadings
E.g. of a Heading: Criterion A - Planning
E.g. of a Subheading: My Learning Goal
Remove all names, faces, locations, and the name of the school from the report. The report needs to be anonymous
Works cited on the final page
There is a 15-page limit for the report.
