2. Brainstorm your Topic and Product Ideas - August 28th to September 11th   

September - Start Working on Criterion A

1. Wednesday, September 11th 

   • Introduction to Criterion A 

   • Choose Topic and Product

     1. Add your topic and product to the topic/product spreadsheet

   • Write your learning goal, product, and personal relevance

   • Start your Success Criteria  

   • Start your Action Plan and Process Journal 

     1. Your action plan can be in any form, you can look at an example on the Google Site 

     2. Your journal can be electronic or handwritten. Try to update it every two weeks from when you begin the project.  

2. Thursday, September 19th 

   • Supervisors assigned to a student  

3. September 25th - October 4th

   • Students need to schedule their first meeting with their supervisor. 

4. Monday, September 30th 

   • Entire Grade 10 session working on Criterion A 

   • Focus on Success Criteria, ATLs, Action Plan, & Process Journal 

October - Finish Criterion A  

1. Wednesday, October 9th 

4. • Entire Grade 10 session

   • Work on Criterion A 

2. October 9th to 18th  

4. • Students need to schedule their second meeting with their supervisor

3. Friday, October 18th 

• Focus on reviewing and reflecting on Criterion A

• Criterion A Due in Google Classroom  

November - Working on Product and Criterion B

1. Wednesday, November 6th  

   • Entire Grade 10 session

   • Introduction to Criterion B

2. November 11 - 15th 

   • Meet with your supervisor to review Criterion B and give updates on your product 

3. Monday, November 18th

   •  Entire Grade 10 session

   • 15-minute check-in with students on the status of Crit. B, their product, and process journal  

December - Work on Product, Crit B Checkin

1.  November 18th to December 6th 

   • Meet with your supervisor to review Criterion B and their product 

2. Monday, December 9th 

   • Entire Grade 10 session

   • 15-minute check-in with students on the status of Crit. B, their product, and process journal

January - Product Due & Criteria A&B Report

1. Wednesday, January 8th  

   • Criterion B Due 

   • Entire G10 Session to create the draft Criteria A&B Report. 

2. January 9th to 19th 

   • Students meet a final time with their supervisors to create the draft Criteria A&B Report 

3. Monday, January 20th 

   • Draft A&B Report due 

4. January 20th to 24th 

   • Supervisors provide feedback on the draft Criteria A&B Report using the assessment criteria 

5. Friday, January 24th 

   • Suggested date to complete Product 

   • Draft Criteria A&B Report is returned to students 

6. January 24th to February 2nd 

   • Students work on improving their Crit A&B report

February - Criterion C, Reports, Exhibition, & Moderation 

1. Monday, February 3rd 

   • Students submit Final A&B Report in Google Classroom DURING Homeroom 

   • Supervisors meet in Whole School Meeting to moderate Crit A&B Report 

2. Saturday, February 8th 

   • Exhibition Prep at School - Student create their display boards from 9 am to 2 pm

3. Monday, February 10th  

   • Personal Project Exhibition - 1:30 to 3:30, 5:30 to 7:30 

4. Tuesday, February 11th 

   • Periods 1 - 4: Introduction to Criterion C, and student time to work 

5. Wednesday, February 12th

   •  Periods 1 - 4: Students combine Criteria A, B, and C for their final report. 

6. February 12th - 14th 

   • Supervisors provide feedback on the Draft Final Report using the assessment criteria 

7. Sunday, February 16th 

   • Final Report Due. Students submit it in Google Classroom 

8. Monday, February 17th

   • Whole School Meeting 

   • Supervisors meet to moderate the final reports 

   • Supervisors fill in and sign the academic honesty form
