We will ensure long-term financial and environmental sustainability by intentionally focusing on value proposition, revenue generation, and proactive stewardship of financial and physical resources.

• Implement a budget process that is structured in support of and driven by the school's strategic priorities.

• Maximize the allocation and utilization of natural, physical plant, and human resources.

• Identify sustainable revenue streams that will support our curricula, programming, and culture of belonging and will uphold our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Monitor finance and budgeting and establish multi-year targets to ensure sustainable, high-quality programs and learning environments.

• Develop curricula and programs that promote a shared understanding of environmental sustainability and foster connections to the natural world.
