Secondary students completing their school work in a Virtual Learning environment are expected to continue to uphold the behaviour and procedures outlined in KIS's Behaviour Standards and School Policies.
In addition to these rules and guidelines:
Students are expected to attend their tutor time each day at 8:00am and have their attendance taken. Student absence will be recorded as absence periods and will appear on the report card at the end of the year.
Students are expected to be punctual for their classes, logging in on time and being ready for their lessons. All student computers are equipped with webcams and they are required to have these turned on in order to participate fully.
Students are not permitted, under any circumstance to record or use images of the teacher or other students in their lessons. This would breach KIS's communication policy and could results in a level 3 disciplinary procedure.
KIS students are reminded to be respectful and mindful of others in their classes during Virtual Learning.
