Learning Resources contacts the finalist

Learning Resources will prepare estimates for cost Proclamation 2024 (will need enrollment projections)
Prepare documents and materials for the Board
IMAT Decisions reviewed by the Board
April Submit Board documents and present selections to the Board (not to exceed statement)
May (when EMAT reopens)
Order materials for the 2024-2025 school year
Late Summer
Provide online access to teachers for new instructional materials
July-August
Training opportunities for teachers
Receive any new print materials
Check print material student counts
Order additional materials as needed
Distribute new materials to campuses
