As the temperatures rise to near record levels, please be sure to dress appropriately for the weather and drink lots of fluids. Here's some helpful links to help you keep cool in the heat
• Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds, especially after being in public places, coughing, or sneezing.
• Use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol if soap and water aren’t available.
• Germs can enter your body through your eyes, nose, and mouth, so try to avoid touching your face, especially with unwashed hands.
• Use a tissue or the inside of your elbow to cover coughs and sneezes, and dispose of tissues promptly.
• Support your immune system by drinking plenty of water and eating a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
• If you haven’t already, consider getting a flu vaccine and staying up-to-date with other recommended immunizations.
• Regularly disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, keyboards, and phones to reduce the spread of germs.
