4:00-8:00 Staff/Community Open Fitness
Park and enter from the HS Gym entrance
Need to have a change of shoes (Dirt and debris damage equipment)
Cancellation will be announced in HS, Staff E-mail, and on the Athletic Facebook Page IRCSD Athletics

After School Student Sign-Up for the Fitness Center:
Reserve for: 2:20-3:20 or 3:20-4:20
Students must sign up by 1:00PM on the day of use.
Students must be academically eligible!
Students must stay for the entire time slot signed up for.
2:15-3:20 session: Students must report to the fitness center and be checked in with Mr. Rabon by 2:30. At 3:20, students will return to the after school studyhall in the cafeteria to await the bus.
3:20-4:20 Session: Students choosing this time slot must stay in the after school studyhall in the cafeteria or with a teacher until 3:20. They then will be released by their teacher (with a pass) or by Sports Studyhall Monitor to report to the weight room.
