Lost, Damaged, Overdue Books

Overdue notices will be distributed by the LMC staff to students on an as needed basis. These notices are then to be taken home by the student. If a student believes that he/she has returned the book, please refer them to the LMC staff.

Students are expected to cover the cost of replacing a damaged or lost book. Replacement cost for a lost book will be requested after a search by the student and the LMC staff has taken place. The LMC can no longer accept cash or checks for books that are lost or damaged. The LMC Staff will mark the item as lost or damaged in our system and the parents will then get a bill for the cost of the book through PushCoin. Likewise, if a book is 90 days overdue, the book will automatically be marked as lost and the system will creat a bill through PushCoin as well.
