Bathroom Passes

Hall Passes- Color Zones & Securly Pass

2 lanyards per classroom, teachers may choose to utilize 1 or 2 at a time.

Student Bathroom Pass Guidelines (printed on lanyard pass)

· Request pass from Chromebook on Securly, then wait for teacher approval

· Lanyard to be worn around neck and visible at all times

· Use the bathroom identified on the lanyard pass

· Leave cellphones and devices in the classroom

· Do not cut through common areas such as cafeteria and LMC

· Return to class immediately after using bathroom

Passes to Other Locations

Students request bathroom passes using the Securly digital pass system. Passes to all other locations must be digitally generated by the teacher from the Securly platform. Securly allows for student tracking and arrival check in at various locations throughout the building, such as: nurse's office, alpha house, main office, student services office.

Securly should not be used to send students to a specific staff members. Please write a paper pass if sending a student to a person. Securly should only be used for locations.
