Jolly Phonics

Last year, Kindergarteners learned and explored with individual letters and sounds, and a variety of letter sound combinations.  We used a program called Jolly Phonics.  It is a program that teaches letter sounds through both sounds and actions.  Each letter is introduced with a short story and song where students learn the letter sound and action.
