Failed product is covered under warranty or either the Premium or Elite Maintenance contracts. We will replace the faulty unit or Field Replaceable Unit (FRU).
Infoblox warrants to Customer that the Products when shipped to Customer will materially conform to Infoblox’s published specifications applicable to the Product (“Limited Warranty”). Customer may make a claim for breach of this Limited Warranty (i) at any time prior to 1 year after the date of shipment by Infoblox with respect to Product hardware and (ii) at any time prior to 90 days following the date of shipment by Infoblox with respect to Product software whether or not embedded (each a “Limited Warranty Period”), after which time the Limited Warranty shall be deemed expired and void.
