Appointments for Counseling

To talk to our counselors, please make an appointment.  In an urgent or emergency case, you could call the center or just come by during our office hours. 

Please send us an email (icu-counseling@icu.ac.jp), using your university email address,  to schedule an appointment during our office hours, Monday – Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.  We will then send you an URL for the counseling application form where you specify your available dates and time.  

We tend to become very crowded during the academic terms, so we encourage you to contact the Center as soon as you wish to speak with a counselor.   For students who have regular appointments with us, please try to avoid same-day cancellations as much as possible.  We greatly appreciate your cooperation.  

Sessions are free of charge for all ICU students, and last approximately 40 minutes for in-person.  Depending on your needs, we can make referrals to on- or off-campus resources after making a thorough assessment.
