Participants who took part in the program in or before Academic Year 2023 should submit their certificate request to the Japanese Language Program (JLP) Office.

Request for reissue of certificate

Participants who joined the ISPJ program in or after Academic Year 2024 will receive one digital certificate free of charge upon completion of the program.

If you wish to obtain an additional copy of the certificate after the initial issuance, please follow the procedures below.

JPY 300 (payment via Convera) 

Processing Time 

Within 7 business days after the completion of your application.

How to Apply 

STEP 1: Complete the Payment via Convera

A handling fee is required for the issuance of an additional certificate.
Please make your payment through the Convera website before submitting your application.

*Please select “ISPJ Certificate (those who completed ISPJ)” and complete the payment in accordance with the instructions provided on the website.

STEP 2: Submit the Request  for reissue of certificate

After completing the payment, please submit the Request  for reissue of certificate.

You will need the following information:

• Full name

• ICUID at the time of ISPJ participation (e.g., 257XXX)

• Year of participation

• Email address

• Date of birth

• Convera Reference Number
  
  

Please have these details ready before submission.

STEP 3: Receive the Notification from Parchment (Digitary)

Once your payment and application have been confirmed, the requested digital certificate will be issued through Parchment (Digitary).
A notification email will be sent to the email address you provided in the application form.

For first-time users, you will be required to create an account on Parchment (Digitary) to access your certificate.
Please refer to the detailed instructions below for account setup and usage.

STEP 4: Sharing with a Third Party (if necessary)

If you wish to share your digital certificate with a university, company, or other　organization, you may use the share function on Parchment (Digitary).
