Morning Class
Think and talk in Japanese 1 (Pre-intermediate level: CEFR B1.1)

『タスクベースで学ぶ日本語 中級1』 “Task-Based Learning Japanese for College Students” Vol.1
本コースは、社会や文化に関する身近なトピックを通して日本語を学ぶCEFR B1.1レベルのコースである。
授業では、タスクを行うのに必要な言語スキルを身につけ、支えとなる言語知識（語彙、文型・表現、漢字）も学ぶ。
最終タスクはプロジェクト発表である。学生はあるテーマについて調べた結果を報告する。
様々な日本語のタスクに挑戦し、日本語の力と、内容を理解して思考する力を身につけることを目指す。
This course aims to help students learn Japanese for academic purposes through various familiar topics about society and culture. The target level is CEFR B1.1.
Students will take on the challenge of completing various tasks using Japanese.
In class, students will acquire the language skills necessary to perform the tasks and also increase their knowledge of the Japanese language (vocabulary, grammar patterns and expressions,Kanji).
The final task of this course is a project presentation. Students will present the results of their research on a particular topic.
Through completing tasks, this course aims to enhance students’ Japanese proficiency and the ability to understand the content while also thinking deeply about it.

本コースは、社会や文化に関するやや専門的なトピックを通して、アカデミックな日本語を学ぶCEFR B1.2レベルのコースである。
授業では、タスクを行うのに必要な言語スキルを身につけ、支えとなる言語知識（語彙、文型・表現、漢字）も学ぶ。
最終タスクはプロジェクト発表である。学生はあるテーマについて調べ、その良い点と改善点の分析を行い、発表を行う。
様々な日本語のタスクに挑戦し、日本語の力と、内容を理解して思考する力を身につけることを目指す。

Students will take on the challenge of completing various tasks using Japanese.

The final assignment in this course is a project presentation. Students will research a topic, analyze the positive and negative aspects on the topic, and report a presentation.
Through completing tasks, this course aims to enhance Japanese proficiency and the ability to understand the content while thinking deeply about it.

日本語への理解を深めるためのクラスです。
学生はコースの初めにどちらのクラスで学ぶか選択します。
クラスの内容については確定後にお知らせします。
例：「書道」「漢字と言葉」「アニメで学ぶ日本語」「J-popで学ぶ日本語」
The goal of this class is to deepen students' understanding of the Japanese language.
Students will choose which class to take at the beginning of the course.
Class details will be announced once confirmed.
Ex. Japanese Calligraphy, Kanji & Vocabulary, Learning Japanese through Anime, Learning Japanese through J-pop
