Two possible airports
Brussels National Airport Zaventem
You can take the train at the airport to the railway station of Brussels North. Trains are leaving every 10 minutes. Train ride takes around 15 minutes.
Brussels South Charleroi Airport (low cost airport) or ‘Gosselies airport’

The international train station (Thalys, TGV, Eurostar,...) is situated in Brussels South (Bruxelles Midi/Brussel Zuid) where you can switch trains to Brussels North every 5 minutes (train ride takes about 10 minutes).
The metro train takes you from the railway station:
Tram line 51 (direction ‘Stadion’ or ‘Stade’) takes you from the ‘Brussels South’ railway station to ‘Sainctelette’ from where it takes you 11 minutes by foot to reach the meeting venue.
For metro train, tram or bus, you best buy a ‘contactless ticket’ (2.10 € per trip) at a BOOTIK - KIOSK - GO vending machine or from the tram or bus inside the vehicle (2.60 € per trip).

There is no parking place for visitors inside the building. You need to park in the public parking of Tour&Taxis (cost €24 per day).
