Brussels National Airport Zaventem

You can take the train at the airport to the railway station of Brussels North. Trains are leaving every 10 minutes. Train ride takes around 15 minutes.

Brussels South Charleroi Airport (low cost airport) or ‘Gosselies airport’

• There exists a direct bus connection from the airport to Brussels which is the Brussels City Shuttle (operated by flibco.com). There is a bus every 30 minutes and it takes about 55 minutes to get you to the railway station of Brussels South (“Gare du Midi”). To get the best price (starting from 5 €, one way), you can buy your ticket online in advance. You can also buy the ticket at the ticket office (in front of the bus station outside the airport building).
• Or you first take the bus from Charleroi airport (operated by the TEC public transport company) to the railway station of Charleroi South (runs every 30 minutes, duration 20 minutes), there you take the train to Brussels North (duration 1h).

The international train station (Thalys, TGV, Eurostar,...) is situated in Brussels South (Bruxelles Midi/Brussel Zuid) where you can switch trains to Brussels North every 5 minutes (train ride takes about 10 minutes).

The metro train takes you from the railway station:

• either by line 2 and 6 (choose direction ‘Elisabeth’) and get of at ‘Yser/Ijzer’ from where it takes you 15 minutes to walk to the meeting venue.
• either by line 6 (direction ‘Koning Boudewijn’ or ‘Roi Baudouin’) and get of at the stop of ‘Pannenhuis’ (12 minutes walk) or ‘Belgica’ (17 minutes walk).

Tram line 51 (direction ‘Stadion’ or ‘Stade’) takes you from the ‘Brussels South’ railway station to ‘Sainctelette’ from where it takes you 11 minutes by foot to reach the meeting venue.

For metro train, tram or bus, you best buy a ‘contactless ticket’ (2.10 € per trip) at a BOOTIK - KIOSK - GO vending machine or from the tram or bus inside the vehicle (2.60 € per trip).

There is no parking place for visitors inside the building. You need to park in the public parking of Tour&Taxis (cost €24 per day).
