We are thrilled to introduce our visitor and carline management system SchoolPass. See the top right tabs for detailed information.
SchoolPass is an online tool designed to enable you to:
• Report absences for your child
• Set up a transportation plan for your child
• Manage and report arrival and dismissal changes to the school
• Automatically notify the correct staff, teachers, and other parents when changes are reported
• Self-manage authorized driver lists
• Help the school prepare for an organized and timely dismissal process
SchoolPass App for Parents
SchoolPass offers an app for parents to download that will allow them to notify the school if a student will be absent, arriving late or in need of early dismissal. This will save families time in the morning when trying to contact the school about the status of a student and is an important feature of SchoolPass. Communication from SchoolPass will include directions on how to download the SchoolPass app.
What to expect:
Your digital ID card(s) will come to you directly from SchoolPass via email and text. Please check your email inbox or spam folder and text messages for a message from SchoolPass.
All parents will be issued digital Immaculata ID cards with a unique QR code to scan when entering and exiting the school buildings.
Parents use their own digital ID or quick pin to sign in and out of the building.
All other visitors and guests will be asked to sign in and sign out as guests by scanning their photo ID.
Digital IDs can be stored on a phone, similar to an electronic airplane boarding pass or a store membership card.
Parents will utilize the carline signs (placed in their car window) to indicate which students they are picking up.
Please review the Visitor Management information for detailed information on how to utilize your digital ID or quick pin to sign in anytime you enter the school building. We have opted to implement this system to have a quicker and more efficient way of knowing who is present and not present in the buildings, especially during emergency situations.
