The drop-off and pickup buttons in SchoolPass app allows parents and authorized drivers to fulfill school requirements for arrival and dismissal, such as providing signatures, reasons for departure/late arrival, indication as to whether a student will return from an early dismissal, and more. 

LATE ARRIVAL/DROP OFF

Parents can use the drop-off button to indicate that their child is arriving at school. Pressing Drop Off can ask for any or all of the following.

• Notes

Early PICKUP

Schools with the pickup button may see one or all of the following options. Reasons and notes will be required to be submitted.

Early Pickup – Pickup before regular dismissal

• Will return

• Please note: Do not add other ICS parents as AUTHORIZED USERS to your account. To add other ICS parents to your carpool pick-up list move the family to CARPOOL instead of AUTHORIZED USERS. 

  • Only primary parents can add AUTHORIZED drivers. Whoever is listed as the primary parent on FACTS is the primary parent on SchoolPass. We can change this upon request. Please email Amanda Hill or Erin Simmons for assistance.
