Postpartum care support: They provide ongoing support to help you recover and adapt to life with your new baby. Our services include health screenings, infant development education and activities, stress management, and connections to resources for help in other areas.
Healthy Beginnings Plus is Pennsylvania's effort to assist low-income, pregnant women who are eligible for Medicaid in having a positive prenatal care experience. Healthy Beginnings Plus (HBP) expands maternity services that can be reimbursed by Medicaid.

Chester County Health Department offers a variety of nurse home visiting services to pregnant and parenting families with a focus on health assessment, health education, and promotion of infant development. These services are free of cost to clients. Women can enroll during pregnancy or after they have their baby.
Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) is a national evidence-based, home-visiting program dedicated to supporting women and teens by promoting healthy pregnancies and birth outcomes, improving children’s health and development, and building families’ economic self-sufficiency. NFP families are matched with their own free, personal nurse who make regular home visits, starting from early in pregnancy until the baby is two-years-old.
