Our goal is to cultivate a regional professional learning community of instructional coaches that models collaborative responsibility, shared leadership, and continuous reflection to improve coaching practice and instructional impact. Monthly huddles—offered in a hybrid format—are participant-driven, providing space for coaches to engage in shared inquiry, surface and support problems of practice, and learn together. These sessions are designed to build a strong, connected coaching network across our region, grounded in mutual support and a commitment to elevating the profession.
Develop and implement consistent, high-quality coaching cycle practices that support teachers at all stages of their careers in designing, delivering, and reflecting on effective instruction.
Strengthen coaches’ ability to use student learning data and instructional evidence to co-create meaningful goals with teachers and guide decision-making throughout coaching cycles.
