About me

I completed my Ph.D. in Mathematics at IMPA (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) in January 2020, under the supervision of Prof. Luis Florit. In February of the same year, I held a summer postdoctoral position at IMPA. Subsequently, I held a postdoctoral position at the University of São Paulo (USP), São Carlos campus, from July 2020 to June 2022, under the supervision of Prof. Ruy Tojeiro. From end of 2022 until the end of 2024, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Mathematics of the Federal University of Alagoas, under the supervision of Prof. Marcos Petrúcio. Currently, I am a permanent professor in the Department of Mathematics at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE).

My research is in the area of Differential Geometry or more specifically, in submanifold theory, I am specially interested in rigidity problem of submanifold, i. e., whether there exist only way to put (isometric immersion) a such manifold in space form, only which means is unique up to rigid motions.
