Facilities

The facilities and resources available to our research group allow us to explore metabolic, physiological outcomes as well as epigenetic mechanisms linked with specific diet in either human or animal models. We use our own facilities within the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition and Division of Nutritional Sciences (DNS) for most of our experiments. However, we also collaborate with IGB core facilities, faculty in the Department of Kinesiology and Community Health, Department of Animal Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine and Carle Foundation Hospital to extend our capabilities to assess other physiological measures of interest.
