Early Bird registration is open from 15th September to 15th November. Please use the account details given below to pay the registration fees and upload the transaction details here. The registration details are given below. If you register for both the conference and the workshop, please pay the workshop fees separately, as per details given here), and the discounted conference fees in the account below. Please upload the transaction details after completing the registration payment.

18% GST is charged over and above the registration fees mentioned above. The total payable amount is therefore the fees mentioned above + 18% GST.

For example - Normal registration (conference only) for students and post-docs (national) is Rs 5,000. Total amount payable is Rs 5,000 + 18% of Rs 5,000 = Rs 5,900.

**Discount for early bird conference registration -

INR 1,000 for students and post-docs (National). Please note, this is the discount and not the registration fees. Thus, early bird registration for students and post-docs = Rs 5000 - Rs 1000 (Early-bird discount) + GST = Rs 4,720. Student/post-doc delegates registering after the early bird deadline (Nov 15th) will be charged the full fare, i.e. Rs 5,900.
INR 2,000 for faculty and industry participants (national). Early bird regsitration amount for faculty - Rs 8,000 + GST = Rs 9,440. Early bird regsitration for industry participants - Rs 10,000 + GST = Rs 11,800. Delegate registering after the early brid registration deadline (Nov 15) will be charged the full fare (i.e., Rs 11,800 for faculty and Rs 14,160 for industry participants).
