Like every year, as you all know, this time also we are celebrating the Agomoni, the festivity on the arrival of Goddess Durga. This year, our celebration will be graced by the theme "BANGLAR BIPLOB", an ode to the revolutionary spirit that shaped Bengal’s history and identity. Through colors, strokes, and imagination, we aim to honor the courage, sacrifices, and fiery zeal of Bengal’s rebels and visionaries. We are delighted to announce a special event "চাল-চিত্র”(Chal-Chitro)— an art exhibition that will add a revolutionary twist to our celebrations. The exhibition will be organized in the Boys’ Hostel Lobby of the permanent campus from 7-8th September.

We are delighted to announce that the literature club, Babel, will host Kabyadroho, a Slam Poetry event in collaboration with the Agomoni Committee. This event aims to celebrate the rich literary culture of Bengal and appreciate the theme of Agomoni'25, "Revolutions of Bengal."

Time: 4 pm to 5.30 pm
Venue: LH 1003, First Floor, Block 7
Rules:
1. We will reveal three phrases on the spot to the participants, who must incorporate them into their poems.
2. All participants must write and submit their poems within the time limit of 1.5 hours.
3. All poems must be in English.
4. We will evaluate each poem based on five essential criteria: coherence, clarity, originality and creativity, interpretation of theme, and overall presentation style.
Here we are announcing a special event named as "আমি চেয়ে চেয়ে দেখি সারাদিন " (Ami Cheye Cheye Dekhi Saradin),an art exhibition that will add an artistic twist to our celebrations which will be organized in the boys hostel lobby of the permanent campus from 21-22 Sep.

Goal Posts: Short goal post rules apply.
Out-of-Bounds: Only sidekicks allowed; no throws.
Penalty: Taken from one goal post to the other.
Goalkeeper: Flying goalie rule in effect.
Substitution: Rolling substitutions are allowed.
Corners: Taken from the center of the field.
Match Duration: 20-minute games (2 halves of 10 minutes each).
Participation is limited to the first 8 registered teams.
