Summer programs

These programs can go from two weeks up to a month. They take place during the summer holiday (July and August).

Depending on the agency selected, the country and the time period, there are a lot of options, but this type of program usually takes place in a collage, a school of the agency or a campus. Therefore, the majority of people stay in a residence or the same campus during their time abroad, but many other people also decide to stay with host families.

These programs offer English language courses as well as a wide range of social and cultural activities around the place you are staying.

School-time programs

These programs take place during school time, which means that, while you are there, you will be attending regular school classes as a local student. The programs typically last a term (3 months or 6 months depending on the school) or a full year course (equivalent to 10 months).
