I am coach Orlando and welcome to the 2021-2022 school year. I am your physical education teacher. Sports, fitness and health shaped my life forever. I love helping young people reach their goals. NOTHING is impossible for us if we have faith & hope & love. I’ll be using sports and fitness to build community, responsibility, persistence and I will show you how empathy can be found even in competition.
