#1- Art with Mati and Dada- short cartoon videos on famous artists for kids (mostly for lower grades, K-3) https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCR2NlUr0yPuqRxZN_7ItHog
All others are optional, but thorough and insightful for the young artist. All about 7 minutes.
#2- Art for kids hub- Has tons of 'How-To' drawing videos for kids- Seems to be accessible for a range of ages.
Get out a notebook, sketchbook, plain paper, and use whatever materials you have at home- pencils, crayons,
markers, etc. They are creative, fun, and inspiring! https://www.youtube.com/user/ArtforKidsHub
#3-Virtual tours of museums (mostly for upper grades- 4-6)
https://www.travelandleisure.com/attractions/museums-galleries/museums-with-virtual-tours
#4- Get creative! Use your imagination, and what materials you have at home! Some ideas:
A-Sketch objects, people, or animals at home,
B- draw different versions of your favorite cartoon or anime characters, create a comic series
C- Draw or paint an abstract picture using some of the color groups we’ve learned about in school,
D- Practice with rulers or trace cups to create interesting shapes, designs, or perspective drawings,
E- Look up famous artists and try to make artwork like them,
F- Design and write cards for your friends and teachers for when you can see them again
G- Make a 3D sculpture out of your recyclables!
**The list could go on and on- use your imagination and have some fun with it!
