According to 2018 OECD data, 1.8% of girls and 7.7% of boys turn to engineering careers. Although girls perform well in PISA exams in Science exams, orientation to STEM fields is 7 times higher for boys. In order for the future to be sustainable, it is important that the people who will work in the professions of the future, that is, the students of today, have strong skills in the field of STEM. These rates are in parallel with the countries where the project partner institutions are located. Accordingly, the main target group of the project is female students at the 4th grade of primary school. The project gives priority to girls, students with any disadvantages (social, economic, physical disability, being immigrants, etc.), in line with the principle of inclusiveness and diversity among the Erasmus + priorities. The secondary target group of the project consists of teachers and education personnel who will be effective in developing STEM skills in students, including sustainable life awareness in the routine of the lessons, and in the integration of the school's implicit curriculum.
In this context, the target group of the project consists of 6 students and 3 teachers or education staff from each institution with the following characteristics.

Accordingly, the characteristics of the students in our target group are as follows:

The characteristics of the teachers and education personnel in the target group of the project are as follows:
Classroom teachers practicing STEM activities in their 1st grade
2. Those who are interested in STEM and learning projects in nature, who have training certificates in this field, are open to self-improvement.

4. Has not been in the EU country before
5. Have these skills at a significant level "according to the sustainable life behaviors scale"
6.Have English position and comprehension skills at B2 level
7. Knowing the Sustainable Development Goals, having personal training or work on this subject

The indirect target group of our project is to reach all students, teachers and parents of the schools that we will reach with the project dissemination activities and the surrounding schools; NGOs that the association will reach through dissemination activities are municipalities and local people. Participants with fewer opportunities who are unlikely to benefit from EU opportunities will be supported by giving priority to the events to be organized throughout the project processes.
