E2 - Five-Year Training Pathway

A progressive five-year curriculum designed to develop strong spiritual foundations, spiritual maturity, leadership, discipleship, and a Kingdom-centered mission perspective.

YEAR 1 — SPIRITUAL FOUNDATIONS

 Building a Strong Foundation for Christian Life and Ministry 

The first year focuses on establishing the essential foundations of the Christian faith and developing healthy spiritual disciplines.

 Understanding the Battle and Learning to Stand 

The second year equips participants to understand spiritual warfare, recognize the strategies of the enemy, and live victoriously through the authority and resources God has given believers.

The third year focuses on developing spiritual leaders who understand God's calling, lead with integrity, and serve people effectively.

The fourth year moves from personal spiritual development toward intentional discipleship and multiplication.

Seeing Life, Ministry, and Mission Through the Kingdom of God

The fifth year develops a broader theological and missional perspective, preparing participants for deeper ministry, evangelism, and Kingdom impact.
