Equip & Empower (E2) is a three-year leadership and discipleship journey designed to help young people grow from new believers into spiritually mature, mission-minded disciples and leaders.
E2 goes beyond classroom learning. Through residential training, follow-up sessions, mentoring, practical ministry, and personal application, participants are challenged to know Christ deeply, stand firm in faith, lead others, make disciples, and carry the Gospel to their generation.
E2 is designed around a progressive journey:
SAVED → ROOTED → EQUIPPED → LEADING → DISCIPLING → SENT → MULTIPLYING
The goal is not simply to complete a curriculum, but to develop Spirit-filled, biblically grounded, spiritually mature, mission-minded disciples who can influence their generation and advance the Kingdom of God.
