Existing alternatives like meditation apps and social media tracking tools were evaluated, highlighting strengths and weaknesses. The proposed system differentiates itself by combining effective social media monitoring, time management, and holistic mindfulness practices. Design implications include an engaging app experience, enhanced usability, and user satisfaction. Key measures for success include user engagement, satisfaction, feature usage, and app usability.
