Follow the steps to confirm your IAESTE internship
Follow the steps to confirm your IAESTE internship
- Go to your profile and check active nominations. Select the nomination and open it
- Once the nomination is opened, you will see the Status: Awaiting Student Confirmation (see the image below)
- Go to the tab Students documents
- Complete the Student Disclaimer
- Complete and confirm the dates as required.
- Check all the tabs and complete the mandatory information. Otherwise it would not be possible to send the acceptance documents.
- Then press Confirm.

- Open the acceptance documents tab
- Download the Arrival Note and sign it
- Upload the signed document.
- Submit the documents
During this process of acceptance the IAESTE Committee should inform you about instructions for pre-departure preparations (Visa/Work permit application, accommodation, etc.)
