A Little Spot of Feelings and Emotions teaches about the many feelings and emotions we all experience each day. It also teaches about various character traits such as kindness and respect. This curriculum makes learning about emotions and character fun and easy for children.
Bucket Curriculum encourages kindness by using the concept that everyone has an invisible bucket inside of them that fills when they are on both, the giving and receiving end of acts of kindness. Students learn that when they are kind towards others, they help fill other peoples' buckets and they simultaneously fill their own buckets from the happiness that comes from treating others with kindness and respect.
Converlation is a program geared towards middle school students to guide them in discussions related to the importance of connecting with peers during a time when social media and technology may have an impact on relationships with others and with oneself. The program informs students of statistics related to social media and technology and allows students to reflect on these topics individually and within groups.
Zones of Regulation is a system that categorizes emotions and how the body feels into 4 colored zones. This program is geared towards developing the social, emotional and self regulation skills children need to be successful in and outside of school. Learning the Zones of Regulation helps students to identify their own feelings, understand how to read other people's body language to consider how they may be feeling, and how to relate to others. Students learn and practice tools to help them self-regulate and gain an understanding of when to use these tools.
