Who are the Playground Pals?
We are the playground pals.We like to ensure healthy,positive and happy play times for your children.We also try to get the whole school to have a healthy snack.If your child does not know what we look like there would be children with high visibility jackets.There are days that certain children will do.We look forward to helping your children at play times!
Our Rights...
The Playground Pals' role is linked closely to various children's rights, including -
Article 31 - The right to relax and play.
Article 29 - The right to learn how to live peacefully and how to respect other people.
Article 12 - The right to be listened to.
Our Promises...
We promise to help when you need help
We promise to be fair
We promise to respect everyone equally, no matter their opinions or their point of view on things
We promise to listen
To be kind, caring and respectful
Two children will be on duty every day
We will help you to have a fun experience during break times
We promise to find someone who can help if we can’t
We can’t solve everyone's problems but we will try our best!
How can you provide happy play times?
You could put your litter in the bins
Don't throw rubbish or other items e.g milk cartons,cans e.c.g
Don't use abusive language at play times
Don't hurt other children
We are kind and gentle with younger and older children
We invite children to come and play our games and make sure nobody is left out
We take care of the school equipment at all times
We respect outside/inside staff
Our aims:
Help people when they have fallen out or had friendship problems
Encourage Healthy,fun,polite and happy play times
Everyone has fun but is also safe too
Everyone has something or someone to play with
Everyone respects the play equipment at all times
