Shwmae! We are the Digital citizens.
Our role at Glan Usk is to encourage everybody to be safe online in school and at home. We aim to promote this through assemblies and workshops, posters, and hope to make it easier for children to use devices safely. We will also be in charge of all the digital equipment and support the teaching and learning of digital skills.
Our 2024-2025 aims are:
Raise digital safety awareness in assemblies
Work collaboratively with other schools
KS2 digital citizens will support Foundation Phase with digital skills

Coding with Microbit
Mr. Morgan went on Micro bit training and taught us how to code our own messages and send them to each other. We will now go and teach our classes how to do this!
