What is a Lead Non-Maintained Setting (LNMS)?
The EAS has four lead non-maintained settings (LNMS) that provide additional support to leaders in settings, in addition to that provided by Improvement Partners. These settings have a proven track record in effective leadership and change management. Lead settings deliver professional learning on an annual basis, building in online and in person professional development for leaders across the region across four sessions. LNMS share approaches to leadership and management which can be adapted by individual settings, we do not insist on one size fits all.
Where appropriate and necessary, Improvement Partners broker bespoke LNMS support to new setting leaders, helping them to establish systems and processes that will improve leadership and team building.
